Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Our warehouse sits in the US and from there, we can ship to almost anywhere. We usually ship to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. You’ll see if we can ship to your country when you checkout.

How much are your shipping rates?

We offer live shipping rates and you can choose how long the delivery will take. Please expect delays due to customs clearance for international shipping.

FLAT RATES – usually USD$9.99

  • 3-4 business days to US domestic after fulfilment
  • 5-20 business days to ship international after fulfilment (exclusive of customs clearance time).

STANDARD RATE WITH CO2 OFFSETTING – usually USD$10.18

  • 3-4 business days to US domestic after fulfilment
  • 5-20 business days to ship international after fulfilment (exclusive of customs clearance time).

EXPRESS

  • 1-3 business days to local and international
  • Shipping fee varies, please check live rates for your destination country when you check-out

STANDARD DDP to CANADA only

  • 3-5 business days to Canada after fulfilment.

OVERNIGHT

  • 1 business day to ship to US local destinations only after fulfilment.
What is your cut-off for fulfilment of orders?

We accept same-day fulfilment for in-stock orders paid before our 12:00nn cut-off except in events of force majeure, including natural disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.

Can I pick-up my order from your warehouse?

All orders are shipped locally and internationally. Currently, our warehouse does not offer order pick-ups.

Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging within 30 days from purchase from our website https://www.cubotoys.com. You can view our returns policy here.

Can I return my order to your warehouse?

All returns must be approved for processing before starting any returns. You’ll receive an email instruction with the address where to return your items.

Can I return the product to the same address?

If your returns, refunds, or exchanges has been acknowledged by our team for processing, you will be getting email instructions about your returns. Please note that our returns address is different from our manufacturer address found on the box.
